Third Thursdays are special in downtown Danville. Your favorite shops and eateries will be open from 5pm to 8pm (or later!) with specials and promos just for you. The Downtown Entertainment District will be active, meaning you can “sip and stroll” with your drinks while enjoying downtown Danville.
On May 15th, join us for “Retro Rewind” – a celebration of all things retro, including a look back at Danville’s unique history. Highlights will include:
– Cruise-In on Main Street – with lots of great classic cars to enjoy! Main Street will be closed between 2nd and 4th Streets for the Cruise-In.
– Tipsy Town Tours facilitated by The Story Center at the Boyle County Public Library
– Family-Friendly downtown scavenger hunt, also from The Story Center
– Docent-led open house at Trinity Episcopal Church with information about the church’s long history in the community.
– Farmers market pop-up booths, including Noodlecraft, Lemonade on the Rocks, and more!
