A native of Perryville, Candace has an authentic love of promoting her home county. After graduating from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in public relations, Candace spent a short time working in the gift shop at Constitution Square, which was her first experience with tourism. She enjoyed talking to visitors, helping them discover local places to visit and having the opportunity to help people find all that Danville and Boyle County have to offer.
Candace also serves on the Danville-Boyle County Airport’s community board, the Tourism, Historic Preservation and Recreation Advisory Committee for the Bluegrass Area Development District and the city’s beautification committee.
