Downtown Downbeat is back with the Kentucky artist JD Shelburne. Come celebrate 4th of July with a special edition Downtown Downbeat happening at Millennium Park. Opening act will the Lexington Concert Band beginning at 6:30 p.m. and JD Shelbrune will take the stage at 8:30 p.m.
