The History of the Perryville Battlefield

Take a step back in history as Park Manager Bryan Bush will discuss the history of the Perryville Battlefield from 1897 to the present, including when the battlefield became a State Park on February 26, 1936, and the dedication of the museum. See rare photographs of the battlefield from 1885, 1904, 1931, and the 1960’s. The lecture will take place in Civil War Hall located across from the museum from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
