As part of the Louisville Orchestra’s In Harmony Tour, the Frazier Kentucky History Museum is bringing its statewide storytelling initiative to Boyle County.
On Friday, February 27, from 1:00–4:00 PM, visit the Boyle County Public Library to experience Phase 2 of the 120 Cool KY Counties Project — now on the road.
Launched in 2022, the 120 Cool KY Counties Project highlights lesser-known stories from each of Kentucky’s 120 counties. Curated locally, the project features collected music, recorded interviews, and objects on loan from communities across the Commonwealth, creating an interactive exploration of “hidden Kentucky” that goes beyond bourbon and horse racing.
During this special pop-up visit, guests can:
-
Learn more about the 120 Cool KY Counties Project
-
Explore stories gathered from across the state
-
Share their own local stories for possible inclusion in the project
Stop by, discover something new about Kentucky, and be part of preserving Boyle County’s story.
