Join Danielle Creamer, a licensed art therapist for an insightful discussion on how art therapy can provide a creative outlet to help people of all ages as they grow in their mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health in a safe, healing space. There will also be an interactive Art Therapy and Reiki experience for the audience.
Danielle practiced at inpatient and private practices with people from six to 75 years old with diverse mental health diagnoses and learning disabilities. During this time, she completed her master’s thesis focused on the effectiveness of group art therapy with middle school educators in combating burnout.
Danielle has worked with children and adolescents in school settings, and adults in recovery from substance abuse, and was the first art therapist for Kentucky Children’s Hospital, where she worked with patients with medical and psychiatric needs.
She currently works in private practice in Lexington, where she enjoys guiding and supporting clients as they become authentically themselves, embracing the world with confidence and compassion.
