Paint the Park is a partnership between Danville-Boyle County Parks & Recreation and Art Center of the Bluegrass to provide an art-making experience for the whole community in the beauty of Millennium Park, as a kickoff to the Independence Day festivities!
Your $10 registration includes paints, brushes, and a tote to carry them in. On July 3 we will Paint the Park, by filling 200 4ft x 4ft squares in Millennium Park!
Paint your square with whatever you like – school and sports teams, your pets, or something patriotic for the July 4 holiday!
Register at the link below. We will collect the $10 fee when you pick up your bag at the Art Center, and are assigned a square to paint.
On July 3, we will Paint the Park! Come anytime, but we will be on hand to help out from 9 am to 1 pm.
