Sourdough Focaccia Take & Bake Class at the Art Center of the Bluegrass

April 11 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Students can expect to come and learn all about the basics of making their own sourdough focaccia at home and will be given my recipe. They will have a mini baked and ready to snack on or take home sweet focaccia and will be given a disposable baking dish with their own portioned focaccia dough ready to decorate with veggies/cheeses/herbs/oil and then take home to bake.
 
Hannah Rubsam is the owner of Honey’s Homestead, a sourdough microbakery located in Berea and has taught hundreds of emerging bakers over the last two years how to get started on their own sourdough adventure.
