Third Thursdays returns in May with all-new small town fun in downtown Danville. Enjoy an evening farmers market on Main Street and extended shopping hours at all your favorite downtown shops. The Entertainment District will be active, so you can sip and shop!
The May event will also feature a Gallery Hop, organized by the Arts Commission of Danville Boyle County, and featuring dozens of local and regional artisans who will be set up with their artwork throughout downtown.
Third Thursdays is organized by the joint effort of the Danville-Boyle County Chamber of Commerce, the City of Danville, the downtown business association, the Great American Brass Band Festival, the Danville Boyle County Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Boyle County Farmers Market.
A note for vendors:
– Artists interested in participating in the Gallery Hop should contact the Arts Commission
– Market vendors are limited to those vendors ALREADY members of the Boyle County Farmers Market. Applications are currently closed, but reach out to the market if you are interested in finding out when they re-open.
– Food Trucks should contact Melanie Crossfield with the City of Danville about setting up in the Food Truck lot at 4th and Main.
